Clifford "Cliff" Lee Murdock

Clifford "Cliff" Lee Murdock, age 51, of Conover, NC, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at his home following an extended illness. He was the son of Sharon Lewis. 

Cliff was employed as a mechanic at Manheim Auction Statesville (formerly Statesville Auto Auction). He enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a graduate of Bunker Hill High School. 

In addition to his mother, Cliff is also survived by two sons, Blazen Bumgarner of Conover and Colin Murdock along with one sister, Laney Frey of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Murdock. 

A Celebration of Life Service  for Cliff will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 3:00 pm, at Welcome Baptist Church in Catawba, NC. Pastor Jeff Harris, Ken Cook, and Jim Fuller will speak at the service.
