Winifred Jenkins

Winifred Fox Jenkins, 76, of Stony Point passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Accordius Health at Mooresville. She was born on November 11, 1947, to the late Ross E. Fox and Mable Dixon.

Winifred was an administrative assistant for law enforcement at the Statesville Police Department and a member at Fairview Baptist Church. She loved her animals dearly.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Branard Fox.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Eames (Jeff); two brothers, Carl Fox (Kathy) and Ted Fox (Penny); a sister, Patricia Gordon; a grandson, Scotty Dulin (Malory); and five great-grandchildren, Kourtney, Taylin, Saylor, Kinsley, and Greyson Dulin.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Troutman Funeral Home with Chaplain John Parks officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
