William Thomas Overcash

March 29, 1929 - May 8, 2015 Mr. William Thomas Overcash, 86, of Troutman, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015. He was born in Iredell County to the late Nettie Bass and William Turner Overcash. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty Bass Overcash. He was also preceded in death by his son, Dean Overcash; daughter, Barbara Overcash, and four sisters. He is survived by his son, Tommy (Judy) Overcash, of Statesville; five grandchildren, Wendy Robinson, Larry Overcash, James Sprinkle, Amanda and Brian Overcash; and eight great grandchildren, Allison, Steven, Justin, Gavin, Macy, and Damien Overcash, Noelle Bowles, and Evan Robinson. A graveside service is planned for Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Iredell Memorial Park with the Rev. Eddie Graham officiating.
