William Franklin Menster

May 4, 1937 - September 17, 2013 William F. Menster, 76, of Troutman, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. He was born May 4, 1937, in Mooresville, to Virgil and Okley Menster. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Christine Little Menster, of Troutman; sons Tim (Tammy), Ted (Peggy), Keith (Janet), Jonathan (April); nine grandchildren, Andrea (Jim) Donaldson, Adam (Jackie) Menster, Kimberly (Clark) Benfield, Jennifer Menster, Emily (Rydell) Cowan, Jacob (Alicia) Menster, Garrett Menster, Taylor Menster, and Blake Menster, and ten great-grandchildren. He was retired from McClain Trucking and from Iredell Statesville Schools. A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 18, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, at Troutman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Thursday, September 19, at 3:00, at Troutman Baptist Church, followed by the burial at St Michaels Cemetery.
