Wayne Arnold Brown, 63, of Greensboro, formerly of Mooresville, NC, passed away on November 28, 2025, at his residence. Born on July 18, 1962, in Mooresville, he was the son of Nancy Thompson Brown.
Wayne attended Mooresville High School and worked for many years as an extrusion operator at LB Plastics.
Wayne was a lifelong racing fan who proudly took the checkered flag in Pro 4 mini cars and go-karts. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Wayne is survived by many cousins and friends who will cherish his memory.
A graveside remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Vanderburg United Methodist Church in Mooresville, NC.
