Tracy Leigh Pennell Rimer

Tracy Leigh Pennell Rimer, 61, of Troutman, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Autumn Care of Statesville.

Tracy was born July 30, 1965, in Iredell County and was the daughter of the late Jonie Pennell and Claudia Weddington Pennell. She was a graduate of South Iredell High School, and she worked as a server at Red Light Café.

Left to cherish Tracy’s memory are her daughter, Heather Bumgarner; son Andrew Bumgarner, grandchildren, Jaelan Mills, Tyler Mills, and Keylan Mills; sisters, Betty Wagner, Mona Pennell, Marsha Tomlin; brother, Gary Pennell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
