Tammy Powell

June 22, 1961 - December 23, 2018 Tammy Leigh Cash Powell, 57, of Statesville, passed away, Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Gordon Hospice House. She was born June 22, 1961 in Iredell County and was the daughter of Anna Ostwalt Cash of Statesville and the late Harry C. Cash, whom she loved dearly. She was a graduate of Statesville High School, worked for Hunt Manufacturing for 17 years and was a CNA for the Iredell County Counsel on Aging. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Kaycee Powell of Troutman and Kammie Cash (John Payne) of Statesville along with two brothers, Todd Cash of Statesville and Mark Cash of Statesville and two special friends, Anna Waldrup and Cherry Lamberth. She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Chief Reggie Alan Powell. Memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the Troutman Funeral Home Chapel. The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. before the service. Troutman Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Tammy Cash Powell.
