Steven Allen Dixon

Steven Allen Dixon, 52, of Jonesville, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Steve was born on June 30, 1969 in Iredell County and was the son of the late Norman Allen Dixon and Margaret Louise Sipes Dixon. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman and always overcame obstacles. He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Blythe Development.

Steve is survived by his wife, Carolyn Jones Dixon, two daughters, Morgan Latshaw (Hunter) and Jadyn Dixon, son, Cameron Dixon, two step-sons, Alex Jones (Kaleigh) and Nic Jones (Rebecca). Also surviving are step-grandchildren, Indy Jones and Flynn Jones, two sisters, Barbara Land (Joey) and Kimberly Dixon and mother of his children, Alisha Bradburn. He was further survived by numerous nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held 5:00 to 6:00 pm Monday, January 24 at Troutman Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 6:00pm.
