Sr. Thomas Lee Cook

June 26, 1946 - January 22, 2014> Thomas Lee Cook, Sr., 67, of Troutman, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. He was born on June 26, 1946, to the late Arlie and Rachael Cook. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Cook of Troutman; sons Thomas L. Cook, Jr, of Statesville, Douglas Cook of Statesville; daughters Pamela (Tyronne) Moore of Statesville, Dawne (Michael) Justice of Concord; stepsons Jeffrey (Cathy) Shue of Concord, John Talbert of Troutman; his sister Shelby Caviness of Troutman, and his brother Arlie Cook, Jr. of Newton; and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his brothers David Cook, Sr. and Richard Cook. A visitation for friends and family will be held Friday, January 24, from 6-8 pm at Troutman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Saturday, January 25, at 1 pm at Beulah Heights Wesleyan Church in Troutman, officiated by Pastor Trent Patterson.
