Ruth James Waters, age 93, of Statesville, passed away on September 30, 2023. She was the daughter of the late W.C. and Ruth Ward James.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at Troutman Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the service. Burial will follow in the Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery in Madison, NC.
