Ronald Thomas Selvey

Sept. 20, 1951 - Jan. 22, 2015 Ronald Thomas Selvey, 63, of Troutman, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Gordon Hospice House. He was born on September 20, 1951 in Welch, WV to the late Paul B. and Clemtina Selvey. He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Selvey; sons, Bryan Selvey and wife, Tammy, and Adam Selvey and wife, Sue, all of Troutman; sisters, Janett Brinkley of Cliffton Forge, Va., Florance Hepler of Covington, Va., Donna Capparelli of Grafton, WV and Paula Johnson of Flemington, WV; brothers, David Selvey of Northfork, WV and Daniel Selvey of Statesville; and two grandsons, Gabe Caviness and Landon Selvey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Margaret Billips. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Iredell Memorial Park with the Rev. James Mooney officiating.
