Ronald George Robinson

Ronald George Robinson, Sr, 84, of Salisbury, NC passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Novant Rowan Medical Center.

Ronald was born on October 21, 1938, in Asbestos, Quebec, son of the late Francis George Robinson and Lillian Frances Wheeler Robinson. He retired from Dorr Woolen Mill as a maintenance mechanic.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn "Calie" Marie Robinson, his son, Kevin Robinson, sisters, Baby Robinson, Edwina Enair, May Batchelor and brothers, Ernest Robinson, Herbert Robinson, Leslie Robinson and Stuart Robinson.

Survivors of Mr. Robinson include his daughter, Sylvie Robinson (Michel Paré), step-son, Brian Earle (Annette), step-daughters, Kimberley Daniels (Kris), Michelle Earle (Melissa), brother, Carl Robinson (Robyn), a number of grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Christ Church Cemetery, Care of Judith Kendall, 59 Rue Frye E.  Windsor, Quebec J1S2W3 Canada or a charity of your choice.

Memorial services will be held at a later date at Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport, NH.
