Rickie Dean Henderson, 61, of Hiddenite, NC passed away, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville, NC.
Mr. Henderson was born May 10, 1958 in Iredell County and was the son of the late Rex Ovadean Henderson and Shirley Henderson. He was a graduate of West Iredell High School and previously worked for Schneider Mills and Daniels Wood Carving.
He is survived by two daughters, Angela Troutman (Matt) of Stony Point, Amanda Sturgill (Joe) of Hiddenite; 10 grandchildren and one brother, Randy Henderson. He was preceded in death by one son, Rex Ovadean Henderson and one sister, Dana Henderson/
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Moss Chapel Church. The family will visit with friends from 1:00-2:00 pm before the service.
