Randy Current

Randall Keith Current, 70, of Statesville, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025, at his home.

Randy was born on November 7, 1954, in Newport News, VA. He was a graduate of North Iredell High School, and he attended Western Carolina University. He was the owner of Current Connections in Gulf Breeze, FL.

Randy had a quick wit and was very generous with the people he loved. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Irene Orozco, and his father, John Current. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Boyd Current of Statesville; sisters Cindy Current of Statesville and Angie Current Sloan (Tim) of Pawleys Island, SC; nephews Matt Holton (Natalie) of New York, NY and Max Sloan (Jackie) of Raleigh, NC; and many family members and friends.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
