Norma Ewing

Norma Jean Ewing, 70, of Statesville, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Norma was born January 29, 1954, in Wake County and was the daughter of the late Frances Gregory. She was raised by her grandmother, Myrtle Lambert, which is why she loved being a grandmother. Her grandkids were her life, and she loved spoiling them.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Woolard, and Rachel (Ken) Fox, whose family adopted Norma at an early age.

Those left to cherish Norma’s memory are her son, Brian Ewing (Cindy) of Denver; grandchildren, Maddie and Lily Ewing of Denver; brothers, Ken Fox and Clyde Fox of Statesville; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of a service, Norma would like others to spend time with and cherish their families.
