Nancy Reynolds

Nancy Trogdon Reynolds, 85, formerly from Charlotte and Gastonia, was finally released from the horror that is Alzheimer’s on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville NC.

She was born June 28, 1940, in Troy, NC to the late Hubert and Mary Trogdon. She attended Presbyterian School of Nursing in Charlotte and worked in many different fields of nursing throughout her career. She was also preceded in death by her nephew, Travis Trogdon.

She is survived by her sons Chris Reynolds of Nashville and Eric Reynolds and wife Stacey of Statesville, NC. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Luke, Joelle and Kate, her brothers Lee Trogdon and wife Blanche of Albemarle and David Trogdon and wife Bookie of Whiteville as well a special niece, Sylvia and cousins, Bob and Renee Selby.

No formal services are scheduled at this time.
