Max Benard Smith

February 3, 1941 - December 25, 2016 Mr. Max Benard Smith, 75, was received by God on Sunday, December 25, 2016. He joined his parents T.D. and Corrie Smith, and brother Keith Smith. He is survived by is wife, Janis Smith of 44 years; sons Colt (Nikole) and Matthew (Janet); grandchildren, Morgan, Izabel and Jordan Smith, and sister-in-law Linda Smith. He served in the United States Air Force and fought in Vietnam, then later retired in November 1969. He worked at Roberts Polypro for many years and retired. We were truly blessed to call Max family and a friend. Funeral Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by Troutman Funeral Home.
