Matthew Franklyn Redden

Matthew Franklyn Redden, 30, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, November 28, 2019.

Matthew was born November 21, 1989 in Statesville and is the son of James Franklyn Redden and Mary Lou Goodson Redden. He was a graduate of North Iredell High School and attended Mitchell Community College. He worked for a construction company and was a member of Faith Church.

In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by three brothers, Phillip Lee Lewis (Melissa), James Franklyn Redden, II, Jerry Lee Redden (Beth); one sister, Michelle Lynn Lewis; sister/niece, Rebecca Lee Childress; three nieces, Tiffany Marie Lewis, Megan Lewis Memg, Ashley Nicole Adams and one nephew, Christopher Liam Lewis.

Memorial services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Faith Church with Pastor Charles Bueleson officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.
