Mark Anthony Ashley

Mark Anthony Ashley, 52, of Statesville, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at his home.

Mark was born on January 7, 1971, in Iredell County of Jerry Ashley and Jeretta “Teenie” Millsaps. Mark attended West Iredell High School and graduated in the class of 1990, where he then attended Gardner Webb University college for 3 years. He worked for Remington Manufactor in the Computer I.T. field. Mark was a wonderful son and brother.

In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his sister, Teresa Ashley; brother, Shannon Ashley (Sherry); nieces, Emily, and Grace Ashley; and aunts, Karen Johnson (EJ) and Lisa Wood (Bobby).

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 2 at Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis White officiating. The family will visit with family prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
