Marjorie Munday

Marjorie Munday, 87 of Statesville, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023.

Mrs. Munday was born November 19, 1935 in Iredell County, she was the daughter of the late Garland and Elva Munday. Marjorie was a clerk with the Clerk of Court. She was a member of Dallas Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, daughter, Debbie Henderson, and grandson, Adam Frazier.

Those left to cherish the life and memory of Marjorie Munday, include her daughter, Terry Quinn, her son-in-law, Dean Henderson, Jr., her beloved grand and great-grandchildren, along with a few very special caregivers from Maple Leaf where she resided.

A graveside service will be conducted 10am on Saturday, August 12,2023 at Oakwood Cemetery, with Pastor Michael Pharr officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County or Dallas Baptist Church.
