Marjorie Faye Bunce

February 9, 1942 - November 9, 2016 Marjorie Faye Bunce, 74, of Troutman, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. She was born February 9, 1942 in New Bern, NC to the late Helen and Manley Register. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty five years, Wilbur Wesley Bunce; sons, Mark and James Bunce of Troutman; daughter, Kim (Dan) Walters of Mooresville; sister, Jean (David) Kornegay of Cove City; brother, Furney (Lisa) Register of Fayetteville, two grandchildren, Daniel Walters Jr and Alyssa Lauren Bonge, and many sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws that love and will miss her dearly. Faye Bunce loved to spend time outside gardening flowers. She worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart of Mooresville for 17 years. She became very close to her coworkers there, and will be fondly remembered by her Wal-Mart community. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robert Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Faye Bunce’s memory may be made to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
