Lori Ann Hedrick Stewart

Lori Ann Hedrick Stewart, 48, of Statesville, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2011. She was born in Iredell County on December 9, 1962 to Mary Evelyn Johnston and J. W. Hedrick. She volunteered for the Humane Society and fostered animals until they were adopted. She also worked for Paolo Yarns as a supervisor for many years. Lori Ann is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Cedillos and husband, Melvin, and Emily A. Stewart, all of Statesville; two sisters, Joyce Pestlin and husband, James, of Statesville and Cynthia Sigmon of Nebo; one brother, Lee Hedrick of Vale; and four grandchildren, Melvin Cedillos, Christian Ramirez, Carlos Gomez and Natalie Velazquez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Ray Stewart. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Eufola Baptist Church in Statesville with the Rev.
