Linda Kay Davis

November 21, 1955 - August 19, 2017 Linda Kay Davis, 61, of Troutman, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Gordon Hospice House. She was born on November 21, 1955 to the late John Wesley Davis and Hazel Darr Davis. She is proceeded in death by her sister, Susan Davis and her brother, Keith "Shorty" Davis. Linda had no biological children but she had three God-daughters, Whitney, April, and MaKenzie Nance. Special friends include Tammy Dalton and Sandra and Jimmy Nance. She leaves behind a special companion, her poodle "Oreo." She also leaves behind an aunt, Thelma Edwards and a number of cousins. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Dieter Punt officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Troutman 1st United Methodist Church Cemetery.
