Kenneth Privette

Kenneth Sherril Privette, 71, of Statesville, NC went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Gordon Hospice House. He was born in Iredell County on September 24, 1953, to Lucy Henderson Privette and the late Marshall Felix Privette.

Kenneth went to school and acquired his associate’s degree. He worked as a machinist at Zimmer and retired after 30 years. He was also a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church.

Along with his mother, Lucy Henderson Privette, he is survived by his friend, Kay Goforth; brother, Dennis Privette (Sharon); two nephews, Kevin Privette (Rachel) and Joel Privette (Bess); and five great-grand nieces and nephews, Lucy, Gus, Max, Paisley, and Parker Privette.

A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Troutman Funeral Home with Pastor Robin Miller officiating. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
