Kayla Elaine Quinlan

Dec. 23, 1986 - Feb. 22, 2015 Kayla Elaine Quinlan, 28, of Statesville, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville. She was born on December 23, 1986, in Statesville to Debbie Williams Jordan of Stony Point and the late Steven Quinlan. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Shawn ( Aubrey)Quinlan of Connecticut; nephew, Stephen Quinlan of Connecticut; niece, Abi Quinlan of Statesville. Other survivors and significant people in her life were her legal guardian, Susan Simpson of Stony Point; foster sister, Julie Walker and her husband, Jeremy, and their son, Hunter, all of Statesville. A memorial service for Kayla will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bishop Lee Walker officiating.
