June Elaine Waddell Rogers, 98, of Statesville, passed away, Sunday, September 20, 2020 at her home.

Mrs. Rogers was born November 26, 1921 in Girad, OH and was the daughter of the late Walter and Mabel Waddell. She was a graduate of Girad, OH schools and previously worked for the Pentagon in Washington, DC. While working at the Pentagon, she met her husband, Raymond “Ray” Douglas Rogers, Jr. and they were married in 1944.
