Miss Judy Ann Hagler, 62, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Davis Regional Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1949, the daughter of Ann Jean Fox Hagler of Troutman, and the late Donald Richard Hagler, Sr. She was a member of Troutman Church of God. In addition to her mother, left to cherish her memory are a dear and "special adopted grandson", Justin Lipe; special friends, Mike Tolbert and Billy Ray Lipe; three sisters, Lynda Miller (Rick), Norma Ellis (Larry) and Carolyn Walker (Paul Greenhill); and many nieces, nephews and very dear friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Richard Hagler, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Troutman Church of God with the Rev. Connor Lambert officiating. A private burial will immediately follow the service at New Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Statesville.
