Juanita (Kiser) Comer

Juanita Kiser Comer, 87, of Mooresville, passed away, Jan. 17, 2021.

Born February 3, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John Williamson Kiser and Hettie Cornelius Kiser of Mooresville, NC.

Juanita graduated from Brawley and furthered her education with a degree from Appalachian State University. Juanita raised five children while her husband was in the US Air Force.  After she continued her education, she found enjoyment in a retail career with Pace Warehouse and Food Lion. Following retirement, she loved caring for and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by 3 brothers, John Williamson Kiser Jr., Donald Kiser and Kenneth Kiser. She is survived by her children, Bill (Andrea) Comer, of Mint Hill, NC, John (Pam) Comer, of Indian Trail, NC, Tom (Jan) Comer, of Troutman, NC, Robert (Phyllis) Comer of Chester, VA and daughter, Judy Hargis of Mooresville, NC, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
