Joel "Joe" Francis Potts

Joel “Joe” Francis Potts, age 72, of Statesville passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024. Born on May 4, 1952, he was the son of the late William Marshall and Dora Nell Aderholdt Potts. He previously served as the Choir Director and Organist at Mulberry Presbyterian Church in Charlotte.

He is survived by one sister, Sherry Morris; one brother, Dale Potts; and one brother-in-law, Jim Morris. He is also survived by two nephews, Sean (Kara) Morris and Brett (Jaclyn) Morris; and two grandnieces, Ava Bexley and Celia Marie Morris.
