Joel Edward Ohlsen

Joel Edward Ohlsen, age 78, of Mooresville, NC, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024. Born at Parris Island, SC, he was the son of the late Winston Cobb and Edna Mae Corayer Ohlsen.

A graduate of Florida State University, he was employed in the banking industry in the sales division. He was of the Baptist faith and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Joel loved spending time at the beach, enjoying the outdoors wherever he might be, and was an avid Florida State Seminoles football fan. He dearly loved his family.

A private family interment will take place at a later time.
