Jesse Ray Shumaker

Jesse Ray Shumaker, 66, of Statesville, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Gordon Hospice House.

Jesse was born on December 26, 1958, in Iredell County, to the late Ray Dwight Shoemaker and Patricia Mae England Shoemaker.

In addition to his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by a daughter, Tiffany Livingston.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nicole Baity (Tony); sisters, Elaine Stadtfeld (George) and Debbie Schenz (Eric); granddaughters, McKinzee Griffith (Michael) and Taylor Baity (Dustin); grandsons, Travis Lambert (Emily), Landon Tilley, Koby Tilley, Roddrick Livingston, Rodney “lil man” Livingston and Tyrese Livingston; great-grandchildren, Jaxson Estes, Owen Wingler and Sailor-Kate Thompson; nephews, Devin Schenz (Chelsea) and Jamie Stadtfeld; great nephew, Derek Schenz and great niece, Nora Schenz.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
