Janice Isenhour Reavis

Janice “Jan” Olivia Isenhour Reavis, 83, of Statesville, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Jan was born June 11, 1941 to the late Frank Marshall Isenhour and Johnsie Haas Isenhour.

Jan graduated from Statesville Senior High School in 1959. She loved her family above all else. Jan looked forward to her class breakfast every month and staying in touch with her classmates. She liked to read and sit in her window watching the birds. She was kind and caring to all she met.

Jan was retired from Gray Rock Transport Trucking Company where she was the bookkeeper for over 35 years.

Jan was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Clyde Nelson Reavis, a sister, Joann Haas Holcomb, a grandson, Brandon Lee Curlee, and a great-grandson, Kasen Brent Lynch.

Jan is survived by four children, Allen Reavis (Laurie), Tammy Lippard (Tim), Shelia Reavis, and Bryan Reavis (Gayenell), nine grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Jan has four sisters, Penny Moore (Edward), Jeffrey Cornett (Richard), Kathy Campbell (David), and Loretta Somers (James), and one brother, Frank Isenhour (Diane).

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Troutman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held following the visitation at 2:00 pm with Rev. Michael Pharr officiating. Burial will be held at Oakwood Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jacob Lynch, Jesse Lynch, Josh Curlee, Matthew Curlee, Ryan Reavis, and Blake Lynch.
