James Robinette

James Larson Robinette, 53, of Statesville passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, at his home. He was born on March 18, 1970, in Iredell County, North Carolina and was the son of the late Clarence Robinette and Loretta York.

He was a graduate of Statesville Senior High School in the class of 1989. He worked in the manufacturing industry and loved working on cars, going to car shows, and his cats.

Left to cherish his memory include his son Clarence James (Beth); two sisters Kathy Williams (Matt) and Diane Perry; a grandson Christopher Robinette; three nieces Christa Dunford (Riley), Jessica White and Sara Williams; two nephews, SGT Seth Williams (Virginiann) and Kaleb Williams; and Uncle James Danny York (Joyce). Numerous great nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will have a private service to celebrate the life of James.
