Iris Fulford Morrow, 93, formerly of Troutman, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was born in Pasco County, Fla., on Nov. 30, 1916, to the late John Wesley and Edna Mae Wiseman Fulford. She worked as a seamstress at Troutman Shirt Company. She is survived by one son, Marvin Brawley Morrow Jr. and wife Alice, of Statesville, N.C.; three daughters, Helen M. Puckett of Asheville, N.C.; Kitty M. Henderson (Max) of Statesville; and Mickey M. Jones of Camden, S.C.; three sisters, Betty Powell of Westminster, Fla.; Marjorie Hall of Tampa, Fla.; and May Holt of Inverness, Fla.; and one brother, Paul Fulford of Bushnell, Fla. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Brawley Morrow Sr.; two sisters, Mary Blanchard and Judy Usher; and three brothers, Ralph, James and J.W. Fulford. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Troutman Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at 11 a.m. at New Perth A.R.P. Cemetery in Troutman with the Rev. Dale Milstead officiating.Visits: 0
