Frederick Brooks Hinerman, III, 54, of Statesville, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Born in Glen Dale, W.Va. on June 13, 1956, he was the son of Frederick Brooks Hinerman, Jr. and Dorothy Rine Hinerman of Glen Dale, W.Va. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, son and brother. Brooks was a graduate of John Marshall High School in Glen Dale and was an avid whitewater enthusiast and guide. He was the assistant Scout Master of Troop 360, a former President of the Home Builders Association, and a contractor in general construction. He was a former member of Simpson United Methodist Church in W.Va. and a current member of Broad Street United Methodist Church. He also was an avid football fan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lawerence and Katherine Rine and Frederick and Merle Hinerman and his uncle, Lawrence "Larry" Rine. He is survived by his wife, Susan Berkoben Hinerman; his son, Brannen Brooks Hinerman; his daughter, Lindsey Katherine "Katie" Hinerman; a sister, Katherine Hinerman; and a brother, Jeffery Hinerman. A memorial service celebrating the life of Frederick Brooks Hinerman, III will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Broad Street United Methodist Church in Statesville with the Rev.
