George Melvin "Buddy" Auld

George M. "Buddy" Auld, 67, of Statesville, NC, previously of Dayton, MD, passed away on June 9, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Donna Auld; his son, Tony Auld and wife, Kelley; his daughter, Klarissa Novak; his step-daughter, Krista Fulton; and his step-daughter, Carrie Harrison and husband, Keith. George was a loving "Grandpa" and "Grapp" to Robbie, Christopher, Samantha, Abby, Brett, Autumn, and Julie. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1-2:30 pm on Saturday, June 18th, at Troutman Funeral Home. The family will hold a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, George requested a bench in Troutman’s new park. Memorials may be made to Town of Troutman, Attn: ESC Park Fund, PO Box 26, Troutman, NC 28166.
