Geneva Nance Mcgee

Geneva Nantz Bost McGee, 90, of Pine State Rd., Troutman, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2010 at Maple Leaf Healthcare Center in Statesville. She was born in Gaston County on June 8, 1919 to the late Ray and Edna Lowe Nantz. She was a retired seamstress from Troutman Shirt Mill. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Bost (Wayne) Helton of Statesville and Becky McGee (Troy) Howard of Denver; one son, Jerry Eugene (Peggy) Bost of Newton; one sister, Peggy Nantz Wilkinson of Iron Station; one brother, Bill Nantz of Iron Station; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. Funeral services for Mrs. McGee will be held on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Fallstown Baptist Church with the Rev. David Troutman officiating. Interment will follow at Iredell Memorial Park.
