Doris Jean (Hartline) Williams

Doris Jean Hartline Williams, 81, of Statesville, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022.

Doris was born April 6, 1941, in Iredell County and was the daughter of the late Robert and Elsie Sherrill Hartline. She graduated from Statesville High School and was of the Baptist faith. She was married to the late Gerald Hayswood Williams, she loved the Lord and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Scotty Harris (Danna) of Harmony; one daughter, Julie H. Rupard (Terry) of Harmony; five grandchildren, Chris Harris (Emily), Casey Harris (Chelsea), Jennifer Steele (Joe), Ashley Privette (Micah), Matthew Rupard (Nichole); four great grandchildren, Natalynn, Finley and Benson Privette, Andrea Rupard, great grandbaby boy Harris on the way and a special family friend, Kristi Czubernat.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Andrew Rupard and one brother, Jackie Hartline

A private family graveside service will be held at Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
