Doris Pardue

Doris Lytton Pardue, 84, of Statesville, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, peacefully at the Gordon Hospice House.

Doris was born August 8, 1940, in Iredell County to the late Roy Lytton and Alice Privette Lytton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George “Leo” Pardue; daughter, Debra Jean Pardue; sister, Linda Lowman; and brothers, Johnny Lytton, Don Lytton, Dale Lytton and Bill Lytton.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Ricky Pardue; grandson, Evan Pardue, brother, Tommy Lytton; sisters, Martha Lytton and Mary Lytton.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 17 at Oakwood Cemetery with Pastor Tony Smith officiating.
