Debra Jenne Burdette

Debra Jenne Burdette, 66, of Statesville, died Friday July 30, 2021, peacefully in her home.  She was born in Newport, Vermont on April 02, 1955, the daughter of the late Ruth Mae (Dean) Jenne of Attleboro, MA and the late Richard Leland Jenne. Debra started with nothing, no power, no running water; however, she was determined to work full time and raise 2 children. She was also dedicated to others during her lifetime.  She worked at Iredell Memorial Hospital for many years and volunteered as an EMT to save lives in her free time.

She is survived by her two children, Stephanie and her Husband, David Faughnan, of Prince George, Virginia and Joshua Burdette of Statesville; 6 grandchildren, Andrew Hay of Prince George, Virginia, Kailee Mosley of Statesville, Ryan Mosley of Statesville, Mikayla Faughnan of Short Pump, VA, Haleigh Faughnan of Taylorsville, David Faughnan II of Statesville, and 1 great-grandchild, Lilo Mei-Lynn Lajeunesse of Statesville.
