David Curtis Brown, 46, of Statesville, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. David was born in Iredell County on March 26, 1966 to the late Johnny Mack Brown and Blanche Lipe Hager. He was employed in the construction industry as a pipe fitter. He is survived by his son, Christopher David Brown of Mt. Ulla; his fiancée, Sharon Watson of Troutman; his stepfather, Roger Hager of Troutman; and two stepsisters, Marshand Hager of Greensboro and Amanda Hager of Hickory. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 4 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Troutman Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Iredell Memorial Gardens with the Rev.
