Danelle Merrill

Danelle Lee Regan Merrill, 39, of Harmony (formerly of Troutman), passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born on February 7, 1973 in Waterloo, Iowa to James Regan and the late Barbara Crabtree Regan and was employed at the Burger Barn. Danelle was a wonderful mother who dearly loved her children and family. She loved music, dancing, reading and gardening and she never met a stranger. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Lance Merrill; son, John Merrill; and daughter, Jacquelyn Merrill, all of Troutman; sister, Christi Myers of Troutman; nieces, Karlie and Lexie Myers; and nephews, Jeremy and Justin Russell. She was also preceded in death by a nephew, Steven Myers, of Troutman. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Troutman Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:00 p.m. in the Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Bills officiating.
