Dale Brevard Morrow

Dale Brevard Morrow, 75, of Statesville, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Gordon Hospice House.

Dale was born on August 16, 1950, in Iredell County to the late Max Morrow and Willa Dean Beaver Morrow. He was a member of New Bethany Baptist Church, and he was retired from Duke Power. In his free time, he loved hunting and riding his motorcycle.

Left to cherish Dale’s memory are his beloved wife of 40 years, Sandra Simerson Morrow; sister, Narriman Ladd (Dean); brother-in-law, Eddie Simerson (Connie); special friends, Justin Dagenhart, Jeff Templeton, Phil Miller and David Perry; fur babies, Button and Otto, and he was preceded in death by his beloved pet, Opie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 2 at New Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Mason officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with full military honors. The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Animal Shelter of the donor’s choice or to New Bethany Baptist Church, 106 Eufola Road, Statesville, NC 28677.
