Craig M. Wilson

Craig M. Wilson, 70, of Troutman, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville.

Craig was born July 13, 1955, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Alice Leona Michael and the late Olin McGarrlah Wilson. He was a member of the Brethren Church in West Virginia. He enjoyed flying model airplanes, fishing, and attending concerts, especially 70’s music concerts.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Wilson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his significant other, Charlotte Rachel Jones Sutton; mother, Alice Frazier; stepfather, Gary Rotruck; two grandchildren; brother, Brian “Gary” Wilson (Deborah Karagen); stepsister, Emilie Strantz; stepbrother, Jack Frazier, Jr.; nephew, Christopher Wilson; and nieces, Margaret Wilson and Haley Wilson.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 28 in the Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Parks officiating. The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
