Craig Herman

Craig Donald Herman, 52, of Statesville, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his home.

Craig was born on March 30, 1971, in Buffalo, New York. He worked as an owner-operator and remodeled homes for 20 plus years. Craig loved helping his customers make their homes uniquely theirs. He had a big heart and loved what he did. Craig also loved his fur-baby, Shadow.

Craig is survived by his loving wife Penny, his father and mother, Donald and Janet Herman; his sisters, Brigetta Herman, Cyndi (Ken) Stobnicki, and Kristen (David) Driess; his stepdaughters, Belinda (Richard) Niblock and Amanda (Ben) Tighe; his step-grandchildren, Fletcher Niblock, Christian and Alexis Tighe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain John Parks officiating. The family will speak with friends 1 hour prior to the service.
