Cortney Michelle (Brooks) Hegler

Cortney Michelle Brooks Hegler, 31, of Heath Springs, South Carolina went to her heavenly home Saturday April 2, 2022.

She was born in Iredell County on May 9, 1990, to David “Jerome” Brooks and the late Tina “Michelle” Brooks.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Keith Greene and Julia Scott (Ken) & Nancy Greene and her Uncle Eric Brooks. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Tessa Hegler, Son Caleb Hegler, Father of her children Jonathan Hegler. Father David “Jerome” Brooks, her siblings Carmen Brooks, Kaycen Brooks, Kyndall Brooks and Eric Brooks. Grandparents Jerry and Jane Brooks, Cathy Greene. Many aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews and cousins. She loved and cherished her children and family. She Loved spending time with each one of them.

Services will be held on Monday April 11, 2022, at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Olin NC. The family will receive friends 3pm till 4pm, and the service will start at 4pm.
