Cindy Carol Vest of Statesville passed away on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010.

She was born on Sept. 1, 1959, in Beckley, W.Va., to Jack Edward and Nancy Wood Vest. She was an inspector for Thomasville Upholstery.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two special friends, Chad and Cissy Harris of Troutman.

Ms. Vest was preceded in death by a brother, David Glenn White. Funeral arrangements will be made at a later date.
