Christopher "Chris" Dayle Lipe

Christopher Dayle Lipe, 56, beloved husband, father, brother and friend, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Gordon Hospice House following a brief illness.

Born in Iredell County on March 13, 1970, he was the son of the late Dayle Nash Lipe and Vernell Elmore Lipe. He attended Iredell County schools and graduated from South Iredell High School in 1988.

He worked as an estimator for B & I Heating and Air.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 27 years, Karen Hollifield Lipe, sons Mason Hollifield and Cole Lipe (Yasmin & Odriel), daughter Kendell Lipe (Kevin), brother Perry Suttle (Michele & Zach) and sister Lori Loughrey (Pete).

The family will receive friends Friday, September 25, 2026, at Troutman Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 5:00 p.m.
