Charlotte Rosebrook Campbell

Charlotte Rosebrook Campbell, 78, of Mooresville, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 25, 1932 in Bar Harbor, Maine to the late Willard and Bertha Lear Rosebrook. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her hometown of Cranberry Island, Maine and was very talented in quilting and many other crafts. She proudly served our country in the US Army as a WAC. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Gale Campbell, of the home; two sons, Wayne (Pegi) Campbell of Cramerton and Mike (Ronda) Campbell of Troutman; a sister, Marilyn Parkinson of Maine; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Campbell; a sister, Vera Higgins; and a brother, Jack Rosebrook. A graveside service will be held at Rocky Mount United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Andrea Conder officiating.
