Carolyn Watt

Carolyn Sue Watt, 77, of Statesville passed away at her home on January 19, 2024.

Carolyn was born in Beckley, West Virginia on August 3, 1946 to the late Reo Campbell and Blanch Covey Campbell. Carolyn was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and later graduated from Beckley College. She married her husband, Gary M. Watt, on February 3, 2002 who passed April 9, 2023. She had a career in banking and retired from Citizens South.

Those left to cherish the memory of Carolyn are her daughters, Theresa Ballard (Mark) and Tara Greenfield; her grandchildren, Hanna Ballard, Jonathan Greenfield, Jacob Greenfield, and Rilee Ballard; and her sister, Linda Allen and brother-in-law, Steve.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Third Creek Presbyterian Church.
